Internationalization

By becoming a member of Think Plastic Brazil, Spiltag has established itself on the international stage. Think Plastic Brazil is the export and internationalization program for Brazilian processed plastics, offering a portfolio of solutions for industries in the sector. It is promoted by INP (National Plastic Institute) in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), with institutional support from Abiplast (Brazilian Association of the Plastics Industry) and Abiquim (Brazilian Association of the Chemical Industry).

Spiltag has the opportunity and responsibility to represent Brazil in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, United States, Mexico and Paraguay.

Sustainability

Certified by ISO 14001, Spiltag has an organizational structure committed to environmental protection, offering sustainable options to its clients, such as:

Use of recyclable PET-PCR resin (post-consumer recycled) across the entire product portfolio. The PET-PCR resin is supplied by industries approved by Anvisa and holds FDA (Food and Drug Administration) non-objection letters. To minimize color variations, we work with additive options.

Oxi-biodegradable additive, transforming main types of plastics and contributing to environmental preservation.

Industrial Park

Spiltag’s industrial park is located in Marília/SP, covering 178.681 ft² .

The packaging is produced using ISBM (Injection Stretch Blow Molding) technology, integrating injection, stretching and blowing processes. Resulting in lower costs and higher productivity.

Research and Development

Spiltag has a research and development department focused on evaluating new resins and technologies, developing exclusive projects and updating the standard portfolio according to market trends.

Equipped with high technology for modern design development, the company provides complete consulting to align commercial expectations with technical feasibility, resulting in quality, speed and high performance.

For every project, production costs are carefully analyzed, allowing clients to utilize all our resources (machinery and tools) during packaging manufacturing to minimize tooling investment costs.

Responding to the market’s demand for originality and innovation, our manufacturing facility has a decoration area using silk screen, hot stamping and texturization techniques.

We deliver packaging with customized colors and premium finishes, enhancing the perceived value of the final product while optimizing the production chain, reducing costs and lead time.
